HDC Shortlisted For Award

Harborough District Council has been shortlisted for a national award recognising its work with communities and neighbourhood planning.
The authority’s work on Saddington’s Parish Plan is one of three nominated in the “Neighbourhood Planning” category at the 2019 “Planning Awards” – which celebrate “excellence in planning and placemaking.”
It recognises Saddington Parish Neighbourhood Forum’s innovative and original approach to “protection and enhancement of the environment for the benefit of people, wildlife and character of the village.”
The winner will be announced on the 4th of June at a ceremony at the Royal Institute of British Architects headquarters in London.
