Work To Finally Start On New Footbridge Over Railway

Work to build a long-awaited footbridge over the railway in Little Bowden will finally start next week.
Network Rail has made the announcement, just a week after telling HFM they couldn’t confirm when it would go up.
The bridge – which should be up by the middle of December – will link Glebe Road with Braybrooke Road and replace a pedestrian crossing over the tracks, which was shut in 2015, after being deemed a safety risk.
