Work is progressing at pace to transform a long-standing derelict site in Market Harborough into over 80 apartments.
The area at the corner of St Mary’s Road and Kettering Road has been cleared and is being levelled as part of preparation work, ahead of the building of three, four and five-storey high apartment blocks.

The multi-million pound project on the former Harborough Rubber company site is being carried out by Leicester-based development company Mitchian Welland Ltd.
It will also include converting the historic former flour mill on the site into flats.
Development plans for the site – which has frequently been described as an ‘eyesore’ – have been ongoing for decades and it is only now one is becoming reality.
