Unidentified Chemicals Discovered At Market Harborough Flat Following Drugs Arrest

Specialist fire crews have been called to a flat in Market Harborough after unidentified chemicals were found inside.
They were alerted after Police executed a warrant at Edwin Court on Kettering Road this morning and arrested a man on suspicion of being concerned in the production of a class A drug.

A Detection Identification and Monitoring Team from Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service is at the scene, along with other fire crews.
Police officers in protective suits are also working inside the flat, although there is no risk to other residents.

Leicestershire Police say the 27-year-old man arrested remains in custody while enquiries continue.
