Police Called To ‘Moove’ Cows Blocking A6

Police were called after a group of cows blocked the A6 between Market Harborough and Desborough early this morning.
The cows blocked the northbound carriageway

The animals escaped from a field near the turn for Braybrooke and gathered in the middle of the carriageway just before 7.30pm.
Traffic was brought to a standstill before officers arrived to coax the cows off the road.
