Thieves have stolen thousands of pounds worth of designer shoes, perfumes and accessories from the back of a lorry parked at the Rothwell Truck Stop.
Eleven pallets of the Kurt Geiger merchandise were removed when the side curtain of the trailer was cut during the early hours of Friday, while the driver slept.
Northants Police say other HGV’s parked at the area off junction 3 of the A14 have also been targeted by thieves in recent weeks and patrols have been stepped up.
