Talk Talk Internet Restored Across Harborough

People with internet & broadband provided by Talk Talk have had the service restored after a fault left many of them with no connection in and around Market Harborough.

It was particularly frustrating for those working from home, who were left with no internet from early this morning, until just before 2pm.

Customers took to social media earlier to ask the company what the issue was and when it is likely to be resolved.

One Tweet read: “We have the done the testing and our broadband is still not working. Others in Market Harborough have the same problem. Your diagnostic phone number is not taking calls. I am an NHS staff member working from home. Please help urgently”

A TalkTalk spokesperson said: “We’re aware that a small number of customers in the Market Harborough area experienced issues with their broadband service earlier today. This has now been resolved and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused ”
