A Northamptonshire shoe manufacturer is hoping to open a distribution base in Market Harborough.
Kettering-based Loake Shoemakers wants to spend over £100,000 converting the former Heavenly Feet premises off Rockingham Road, which has stood empty since the shop closed last year.

Loake want to create a warehouse to store around 6,000 pairs of shoes and open a small factory shop in the unit on the Three Manors Retail Park, which would create around six jobs.
A planning application for the move has been lodged with the Council.
