“Save our Bus Services” petition

Campaigners petitioning to save two Market Harborough bus services from the axe say there’ll be no let up in their efforts – in the wake of another key route being spared.
Last week, passengers learned the number 58 Lutterworth bus will now continue after Leicestershire County Council stepped in with the cash to subsidise it.
However the council’s still threatening to withdraw its subsidy from Town services 33 and 44 because it says not enough people use them.
The current “Save Our Bus Services” petition reached almost two and a half thousand signatures at the weekend.
