Appeal for missing man

If you live or work in the Lutterworth area, police are asking you to keep your eyes peeled for a missing 82-year-old man with Alzheimers. A public search of the town yesterday failed to find him.
Peter Coyne, who is from Stockport, was last seen at the address of a family member in Riverside Road, Lutterworth, at 2pm on Saturday. Peter likes to go on walks in the countryside on his own and is known to return home a short time later – but this time he hasn’t come back.
Peter is around 5ft 9ins tall, has grey hair and is of a solid build. When he was last seen he was wearing royal blue shorts and a lilac and white checked, button-up shirt. (We’ve posted a photograph of him on HFM Social Media.) He may appear unsteady on his feet to anyone who sees him.
Anyone who thinks they have have spotted Peter is asked to call Leicestershire Police on 101, quoting incident 545 of 23 June.
