Popular Shop Up For Sale

The popular village shop and tea room in Great Bowden is up for sale.
Weltons, which is also a Post Office, has been owned and run by Nicky Ransome for the past ten years, but she now wants to hand-over the successful business to someone new, ideally a local couple.
The shop is on the market for £475,000 and is being sold as a going-concern.
