Popular Vicar To Depart Great Bowden

A popular vicar has held her last service in Great Bowden.

The Rev Bryony Wood is taking early retirement and leaving the village after being Team Rector at St Peter and St Paul’s Church for the past two years.

Rev Wood introduced a Pet Service and organised an amazing poppy cascade down the church in 2018, as part of commemorations to mark the 100th anniversary of the end of WW1.
