Plans For First Shops On New Harborough Housing Estate Recommended For Go-Ahead

Plans to build the first shops on a new housing estate in Market Harborough are being recommended for the go-ahead.
Two retail units, a café and yoga studio will form part of the ‘Local Centre’ at the Airfield Farm site off Leicester Road.

The development by Davidsons Developments Ltd will also include 13 apartments, 6 houses and parking.
Councillors will be asked to grant planning permission at a meeting next week.
Leicestershire County Council is set to soon submit a planning application for a new primary school on the estate.
