Plans for 580 New Homes Revealed in Kibworth Beauchamp

Plans have been unveiled for around 580 new homes in Kibworth Beauchamp.
Developer Manor Oak Homes wants to build on 81 acres of land west of Warwick Road, which is made up of three agricultural fields.
A previous proposal for 400 homes and a primary school on the site was refused by Harborough District Council in 2019, because it was contrary to planning policy at that time.
The developer has submitted an environmental impact assessment scoping request to the council to evaluate the potential effects of the larger scheme.
