New play equipment at Market Harborough C of E Academy

Children at Market Harborough C of E Academy have been making the most
of the sunshine to try out new play equipment just installed and opened
in their playground.

It was paid for by Market Harborough and the Bowdens Charity, as well as
donations from the school’s PTFA.

Replacing older play equipment at the Fairfield Road site, it comprises
a new trail, complete with balance walks, rope bridges, wobble boards
and a swing traverse.

Teddington, the school’s large bear mascot, also dropped by to help
pupils inspect the work.
