New Homes Plans Approved

The go-ahead was given last night for a new homes across the Harborough District.

Harborough Council’s planning committee approved plans for a new estate of 30 houses on land adjacent to Knights Close and Welford Road in Husbands Bosworth, which will see a mix of two to four-bedroomed homes and ten ‘affordable’ homes.

Meanwhile, developer Bloor Homes was given permission to change the lay-out of its new estate that will go up off Uppingham Road in Bushby, where 275 homes will go.

And Mulberry Property Developments were handed final permission for their scheme of 79 new houses off Coventry Road, Lutterworth.
