New Appeal After Man Seriously Injured During Fight In Market Harborough

Police have launched a new appeal for witnesses and information after a man was seriously injured during a fight in Market Harborough.
The 40-year-old suffered a head injury after being punched during the incident outside the Freemasons Arms on St Mary’s Road, at around 11pm on Sunday.
He remains in hospital in a stable condition.
Two other people sustained minor facial injuries during the fracas.

The fight happened outside the Freemasons Arms
Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone who has mobile footage relating to the incident or has information relating to the circumstances leading up to it.
A 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
