MHBS Bathed In Red In Support Of Poppy Appeal
Written by HFM News on 28th October 2020
The Market Harborough Building Society is being lit up red after dark in support of this year’s Poppy Appeal.
It is one of around 30 buildings across Leicestershire and a number across the country taking part in an initiative, led by the Royal British Legion.

The ‘light it red’ campaign has extra importance this year, as many parts of the Poppy Appeal have had to be suspended because of the pandemic, and is particularly poignant, as the Building Society’s Welland House HQ is opposite the War Memorial on the Square and adjacent to the Memorial Gardens.
