Mercado Lounge Re-Opens After 2nd Temporary Closure

A Market Harborough café bar has reopened after being forced to close for the second time in a month when a chef tested positive for coronavirus.

The Mercado Lounge says the man, who had just returned from holiday, remains in self-isolation, although the rest of the staff have tested negative for Covid-19.

The Abbey Street premises, which had to shut last month when another chef tested positive, has been fully cleaned and sanitised after closing temporarily on Sunday.
