Man dies after M1 crash near Lutterworth

A man has died following a collision on the M1 near Lutterworth.
Emergency services were called at around 8am on Sunday after a crash involving a red Ford Focus and a grey BMW 5 Series on the northbound carriageway, just north of Junction 20.
The driver of the Ford Focus, a man in his 60s, was taken to hospital but sadly died on Tuesday.
The driver of the BMW, who is also in his 60s, suffered injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
Leicestershire Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit is continuing to investigate the crash and is appealing for witnesses.
Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone who saw the collision or has dashcam footage from the area around the time of the incident.
