Lots Of Smoke…But Luckily No Fire At Market Harborough Jewellers

There was lots of smoke but luckily no fire at a Market Harborough jewellers last night.
Concerned passers-by dialled 999 when they saw it billowing out of Steffans on The Square at 6pm.
Fire crews attended and confirmed the smoke was caused by a false activation of the shop’s ‘smoke cloak’ security system, designed to put off intruders.
