House Damaged After Shed Fire Spreads to Property

A house in Great Bowden has been damaged after a shed fire spread to the property.
Firefighters were called to Langton Road just before 10pm on Saturday and found the shed, which contained gas cylinders and batteries, well alight on arrival.
The fire broke out on Saturday evening
No-one was injured and an investigation into the cause of the blaze is continuing.
Crews from Market Harborough, Wigston and Birstall attended the incident and a spokesperson for Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service said: “The shed contained compressed gas canisters and batteries, and the fire spread to the rear of the main property.
“The fire was extinguished, and there were no casualties.”
Crews returned the following morning to reinspect the scene.
