Hotel Chocolat has announced plans to open a new store and cafe in Market Harborough.
The chain, which sells a range of luxury chocolate goods, wants to move into the former Wildwood restaurant premises on the High Street, which has been vacant for over a year.

Agents acting on behalf of Hotel Chocolat have submitted a planning application to make internal changes to the historic grade-two listed building, which was previously the White Lion pub.
The upmarket chocolatier has over 130 stores across the UK and the opening in Market Harborough would create a number of jobs.
Gareth Thomas, President of Market Harborough Chamber of Trade and Commerce, has welcomed the announcement:
