Go-Ahead To Remove Cladding Deemed ‘Fire Risk’

The owner of a retirement living complex in Market Harborough has been given permission to remove and replace cladding deemed a fire risk.

Cladding will be removed & replaced at Welland Place retirement complex
The work will carried out at Welland Place on St Mary’s Road, after the district council approved a planning application submitted by Methodist Housing Association.
A fire risk assessment identified the work was needed.
