Foxton Locks Open Weekend Cancelled By Storm Dennis

The first of a number of Open Days at Foxton Locks this weekend have been cancelled due to the threat of Storm Dennis.
The Canal and River Trust say with high winds and heavy rainfall forecast would pose a health and safety risk and the safety of visitors has to be a priority.
A further three Open Weekends are planned go ahead as normal, enabling people to see the restoration work taking place to the historic flight of locks and walk down into a drained lock.
