Firefighters Tackle Chimney Blaze

Firefighters from Market Harborough have tackled a fire in the chimney of a house.

They were called to Main Street in Saddington just after 6.30pm yesterday.

Firefighters were able to stop the fire spreading and extinguish the blaze.

No-one was hurt and Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service say a re-inspection of the property took place this morning.

Main Street was closed to traffic while the incident was dealt with.
