Market Harborough’s Farndon Fields Farm shop has been named the best in the UK!
The family-run business has beaten off competition from dozens of others to be crowned Farm Shop Of The Year at the prestigious Shop Of The Year Awards, run by the Guild of Fine Food.

The awards recognise and promote excellence in independent retail.
The finalist were assessed on two rounds of judging, including an announced visit from an expert judge and a mystery shop.
Judges liked the menu items and great use of ingredients and said the counter service was well balanced, with pre-packed items to aid shopping at key times.
Marketing manager Nicola Stokes told Hfm: “We are absolutely over the moon to have won this prestigious award! This is all down to our amazing team who work together to make Farndon Fields what it is.”
The farm shop on Farndon Road has been running since 1983, offering fresh, home-grown produce.
