Eagle-Eyed Residents Find Stolen Vans

A logging company’s two stolen vans have been found in Market Harborough hours after an appeal was launched to trace them.
Leicestershire Logs released pictures of the vans this morning, after they were stolen from their yard in the village of Laughton last night.

Eagle-eyed residents spotted the sign-written vehicles parked up and unoccupied in Clipston Street and Hillside Road and contacted police.
Leicestershire Police have now recovered them for forensic examination, as an investigation into the thefts continues.
The company and police have thanked everyone who passed on information.
Officers continue to appeal for information about the thefts at around 10.30pm yesterday from the Leicestershire Logs base on Main Street, Laughton.
