Drivers Caught Using Mobiles & Not Wearing Seatbelts In Market Harborough

24 drivers were found not wearing seatbelts and 5 using a mobile phone during a Police operation in Market Harborough this morning.
Ten of twelve child car seats checked by experts were also found to be incorrectly fitted.
The ‘Fatal Four’ operation – aimed at clamping down on offences that are most likely to lead to serious injury accidents – took place over two and half hours on Springfield Street.
