There is a chance Market Harborough’s M&Co store could re-open after new owners of the fashion retailer announced plans to return to town centres.
Locations for new shops have not yet been revealed, although posters reading ‘watch this space’ have appeared in the windows of the empty store on the High Street.

The shop was one of 170 nationwide to shut in April, after the chain went into administration.
Your Clothing, which initially only bought the M&Co brand and intellectual property, says it now intents to open 50 new stores within two years, after re-launching M&Co online.
Andrew Killingsworth, CEO of AK Retail which owns Yours Clothing, said: “We are truly excited about this acquisition and the opportunity to restore the M&Co brand.
“M&Co has an incredible heritage and a loyal customer following, and our goal is to honour that legacy by providing an unparalleled shopping experience while preserving the brand’s identity.
“We are committed to bringing M&Co back to the high streets across the country. Our focus is on delivering quality, trend-led and affordable products to our valued customers, as well as providing exceptional service and an enjoyable shopping experience both online and offline.
“We are confident that our revitalisation efforts will make M&Co a go-to destination once again.”
