A Harborough health campaigner is urging people who have experienced problems with non-emergency ambulances to contact him.
Phil Knowles has been in contact with local NHS bosses following numerous complaints in recent weeks about them not turning up to take people to hospital appointments.

The local NHS is also stressing patients need to register complaints with the operator of the service – Thames Ambulance Service (TASL)
A spokesman for the company said: “We encourage all our users to contact us directly if they have any concerns about the service we provide.
“Our Patient Experience Team is there to provide support for patients experiencing problems and all reports to them are investigated and timely responses given.
“The TASL Patient Experience Team can be contacted by email at PET@thamesgroupuk.com or by telephone on 0808 164 4696. The Patient Experience Team are advocates for our patients and provide vital internal feedback which helps us to target problems and improve our service. Please ensure that you use them”
