Armed Police Called To Lutterworth Town Centre

Armed Police were called out this morning after members of the public reported seeing a man carrying a knife in the street in Lutterworth.

A number of officers were called to the Linden Drive area just after 7am and stopped a man near-by, although no knife was found.

A search of the near-by area also failed to recover any weapon.
