Appeal After Thieves Raid Desborough Scrapyard

Thieves have stolen items worth over £5,000 after a raiding a scrapyard in Desborough.
The intruders smashed locks off gates to get into Frank Beale Vehicle Dismantlers, before stealing tyres, wheels, power tools, fuel and a van.
An office was also broken into at the site on Desborough Airfield, off Stoke Albany Road.

The burglary happened sometime between 1pm on Sunday and 8.30am on Monday and police are appealing for information.
Anyone who can help, or may have seen the white Citroen Berlingo van stolen (registration number FD07 ENP) is urged to call Northamptonshire Police on 101, quoting ref: 23 000 717 811.
