Appeal After Petrol Station Hit & Run

A petrol station worker has been injured after being hit by a car – the driver of which had filled up without paying.
The woman was taken to hospital with leg and facial injuries after trying to stop the blue Audi RS6 from leaving the forecourt of the Lutterworth Ford/Texaco Garage on Leicester Road, Lutterworth.
It happened at 8.15pm on Sunday evening – with the worker struck by the front of the car, which drove off in the direction of Mere Road.
Police say enquiries are continuing into the incident and anyone who has information about who the driver was or witnessed the collision itself, and hasn’t already spoken to officers, is asked to call 101, quoting crime number 19*124714.
