A planning application, which also includes 21 parking spaces. has been handed to Harborough Council.

How the development at the back of the offices could look
A spokesperson for Fisher German told Hfm: “The lease on our Market Harborough office is coming to an end in 2022 and we are currently looking at options for new office space.
“The firm has extremely strong connections in Market Harborough dating back more than 200 years, so we are very committed to remaining in the area.
“This is an excellent opportunity for both the firm as well as the owners of the building, who are looking to create much-needed homes in the town centre.
“The re-location will be an exciting step for the firm and will provide colleagues with a modern office that will aid collaborative working as we continue to drive the business forward.”
