An elderly man was taken to hospital after falling down stairs at his home in Little Bowden yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Rectory Lane just after 4pm and an Air Ambulance was scrambled, with the helicopter landing on the green near-by.
The man was treated at the scene, before being taken to hospital by land ambulance.
A spokesperson for the Air Ambulance Service told Hfm: “Our Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance were called to a male patient yesterday who had suspected burns and head injury.
“The crews were activated at 16.27 and on scene at 16.46 where they assessed the patient to have a dermatological condition- he was then conveyed by land ambulance.”
