Harborough Tourism Boost

Over a dozen Harborough venues and events have just been named as finalists in a major awards ceremony next month.

Now in its 8th year, the Leicestershire Tourism and Hospitality Awards are aimed at finding the best tourism businesses in the county.

Harborough has reached the finals in many of the 22 categories ranging from tourist attractions and visitor accommodation – to food & drink producers and dining out.

No less than FIVE of the district’s free annual festivals are on the shortlist – whilst Market Harborough has also made the finals in the Best Town or Village category.

The winners will be announced at Leicestershire Promotions’ prestigious annual ceremony – at the Athena in Leicester on the 29th of November.”
