Harborough Homes Plan Put On Hold Over Drainage Worries

Written by on 26th September 2018

Plans for a controversial housing development in Market Harborough have been put on hold over concerns about drainage.

Councillors were due to consider the proposal for 128 homes at Burnmill Farm, off Kingston Way, last night, but the application was taken off the agenda.

Over 110 people had lodged objections, with concerns including potential flooding, traffic impact and noise.

It’s now set to be considered at a later date.
