Uninsured Cars Seized In Police Operation

Illegal drivers have been targeted in a Police operation in Market Harborough today.

Officers teamed up with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency to carry it out on Rockingham Road during the morning rush-hour.

Two cars were seized because they weren’t insured and one of the drivers had no licence.

A van was also clamped for being in an unsafe condition.

Three drivers were dealt with for using their mobile phone while driving, another for having no MOT and three for not wearing seatbelts.
