New Loros Well-Being Centre For Harborough At Risk
Written by HFM News on 21st August 2018
The plan to open a new Well-Being Centre for people with life-limiting illnesses in Market Harborough is at risk, because suitable premises can’t be found.
The Loros Hospice wants to set-up the first facility of its kind as part of plans to expand services out of its Leicester base.
Officials though have spent six months searching for a building to use without success.
They’re now appealing for people and organisations to get in touch with any potential sites, that must be on a ground floor, disabled-friendly, have parking, private rooms and be open during the evening.
The centre would offer complementary therapy, provide advise on a range of issues, and act as a social hub with a café.
