Top Musician Heading To Market Harborough This Saturday

One of the UK’s top jazz and blues musicians is bringing his seven-piece band to Market Harborough this Saturday.
Memphis-born singer, songwriter and keyboardist Charlie Wood will perform at the Octagonal Theatre as part of Creative Harborough’s month-long celebration of creativity.
The concert will bring together jazz, blues and R&B, offering a rare chance to see Charlie perform with his full band.

Charlie has appeared at the London Jazz Festival’s Jazz Voice at the Barbican, BBC Radio 2’s Friday Night Is Music Night, the Jools Holland Show and the Cheltenham Jazz Festival.
The Market Harborough performance came about after Creative Harborough’s Joe Liptrot approached Charlie following a gig in Cornwall.
