A man has been arrested after reports of inappropriate comments being made towards children in Market Harborough town centre.
Police were called at lunchtime today and detained a 63-year-old suspect on The Square.

A Leicestershire Police spokesperson said: “A report was received just after 1pm that a man had made comments of an inappropriate nature towards two children.
“Officers were deployed following the report and a man has been arrested.”
The suspect remains in police custody while enquiries continue.
