The race to fill a vacant seat on Harborough District Council is now officially under way.
Five candidates have been confirmed for the Lutterworth East by-election on July 2nd, following the death of Labour councillor David Gair in April.

The council is currently made up of 15 Conservatives, seven Liberal Democrats, five independents, three Greens, two Labour councillors and one Reform UK councillor, with the Lutterworth East seat vacant.
