Plans submitted for holiday lodges near Lubenham

Tourism plans have been put forward for new holiday accommodation near Lubenham.
Developers want to build 13 holiday lodges on land off Foxton Road, currently used for caravan storage and a parts business.

The site lies on the eastern side of Foxton Road, around 800 metres from the centre of Lubenham and is also about 1.5 kilometres from Foxton Locks, one of the district’s main visitor attractions.
Harborough District Council will consider the outline planning application, which also includes parking and landscaping.
At this stage, only the layout of the development is being assessed.
