Arrest at Market Harborough Station in County Lines Operation

A man has been arrested at Market Harborough Railway Station during a police operation targeting county lines drug activity.
The 24-year-old was held on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs after officers deployed to the station as part of a national week of action.

A subsequent search of his home address led to the seizure of a a large amount of suspected wraps of Class A drugs, as well as cannabis, an imitation firearm, a knife and £1,500 in cash.
British Transport Police say enquiries are ongoing and the man has not yet been charged.
