Station Subway Reopens After Lighting Fault

The subway linking the ticket office to the southbound platform at Market Harborough railway station has fully reopened following an evening closure caused by a lighting failure.
East Midlands Railway installed emergency lighting to allow the subway to remain open during daylight hours, but it had been closed after dark since Monday for health and safety reasons.
The lighting was repaired today and passengers can now use the subway as normal at all times.
