Harborough Charity Launches Snowdrop Appeal

Home-Start South Leicestershire has launched its 2026 Snowdrop Appeal, aiming to raise £1,000 to support local families with young children.
The appeal encourages members of the community to submit photographs of snowdrops or snowdrop-themed artwork, which will be shared on the charity’s social media pages.
Two winning entries will be selected at random at the end of the appeal to receive vouchers donated by local businesses Langton Greenhouse & Garden Centre and Lamport Hall.

Supporters can enter the prize draw with a donation, or buy packs of cards, specially designed by local artist Marina Brook.
Families with children under five are also invited to take part in an organised buggy and toddler walksat Welland Park in Market Harborough, on Monday, in support of the appeal.
