Allen Glenold has ceased trading after calling in administrators
Administrators RSM said the business, which was based on Crosby Road, faced ‘significant challenges’ since Covid and a statement added: “Despite every effort by the directors, the business has been unable to remain financially viable.
“The Company undertook a marketing process for the sale of the business and assets, but was unsuccessful in finding a potential buyer.
“The directors therefore had no alternative other than to place the Company into administration and the Company ceased to trade following the appointment of the Administrators.
“The Company employed six staff, who have all now been made redundant.
“The Administrators are in the process of realising the Company’s assets for the benefit of the creditors.”
