The former Poundland store in Market Harborough is now up for rent.
The premises in the Commons Car Park, are available for £65,000 per year.

The discount retailer closed earlier this month after choosing not to renew its lease on the property, owned by Harborough District Council’s commercial arm, with around ten job losses.
Agents marketing the premises say the building ‘enjoys a prominent position fronting the town’s main car park and offers convenient pedestrian access to the high street.’
