Shock As Residents Told Their Homes Will Be Demolished

Residents at an independent living scheme in Market Harborough – the majority elderly – have been left shocked and upset after being told their homes will be demolished as part of a re-development plan.
11 bungalows and 8 flats will be flattened under the proposal by Waterloo Housing Group for Naseby Square, off Stuart Road, on the Southern Estate.
The housing association says residents will be kept fully informed as plans progress, with regard to how they’d be re-housed.
